- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been a customer of Polly Piland's office for about 10 years now and I cannot say one bad thing about them! Whether it's adjusting my due date, setting up auto-pay, filing a claim, making changes to my policy, etc.. my experience is quick, easy, and pleasant each time. The customer service is excellent, I'm not treated as a policy #, but as an actual person. I can honestly say that this office is out to provide the best customer service, and insurance at an affordable price, that they can to their population.
