  My daughter just had her first visit with Dr. Ross. I was so impressed with the entire experience. The staff and the Doctor seemed so happy to be working and to have us there. We came in as strangers, but felt like family after leaving. They did a great job of preparing us for braces and what to expect. I felt that the staff really did a great job at making my daughter feel comfortable with the next steps of getting braces. We both left the office feeling great about our visit. I especially appreciated that Dr. Ross was encouraging of any interest my daughter might have in doing what he did for a living. This was the experience that I wish that I had going to every doctors office. I highly recommend this office if you ever need orthodontic work.
