  - They will tell you that you did not try to reach out to them. - They are REAL doctors but they don't act like it, at all, or at least it just so happens myself and many reviewers have experienced the many unprofessional students and staff. - No real advice given. It's up to you to say what meds you want. - Due to the partnership with ECU & the hospital, this is one of the only places around. Which is absurd. Mental health is important. It should not be a monopoly. - Yes they are students but this is their job. They get paid a lot to be here and are supposed to be professional. They are supposed to follow up with their patients. That is a part of the curriculum. But they often do not. I have no idea why they are passing their clinicals when they are unable to communicate properly with their patients. It shouldn't matter how many people come here. It's their JOB. If they don't like dealing with so many people, then this isn't the job for them.

  My cat's veterinarian has a higher quality of medicine than this place. Avoid if at all possible. Your doctor will change about every 6 months and getting a refill is like pulling teeth. The staff can be quite rude for a psychiatrists office even after you wait on the phone for 30 minutes +. I've been going there for YEARS and it's almost always been this way. I would NEVER go back if it wasn't the only place I've found that takes my insurance.
