- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dentists and technicians are great! But the receptionists or maybe the whole management need training to improve their services in Customer care. The management should review their schedule system. They dropped out my appointment. I showed up and I was told I need to call 24 hours before the appointment to confirm it. Hello??? Stay away from there. Your appointment would be dropped out even if you have one set and do not receive a reminder call. Just a reminder to the receptionists; self-pay, Medicaid and private insurances patient are the one who pay your salary as well as the Dentis and technicians too.✈January 27, 2017by R Lama
